Hi!
I’m Felicity (aka Flick). Welcome to my site!
I’ve been working in the Northern Rivers as an Outdoor Guide, Bush School Mentor, Early Childhood Educator, Rites of Passage Facilitator, Camp Instructor, and various other roles for around 10 years.
I figured it’s finally time to put myself online so that I can share some of the fun times I’ve had whilst facilitating nature experiences, and so I can also share my new bush based offerings. This site will contain not only my bush based offerings, but also side projects, resources, and inspirations I’ve come across over time.
It took a while to decide on a website name. It’s always hard to choose something all encapsulating and catchy. But with the help of my man, I settled on Felicitree, a funny nickname I’ve picked up over the years. I love it because it means Happy Tree, and that’s basically how I like to envision myself with community. Strong roots, wide branches, and a whole lot of happiness 🙂 We are all connected, and like trees, communicate and care for each other.
It is my passion to connect people to nature, themselves, and each other. Gently removing the veil of separation learned from the indoctrination of society.Â
Thanks for visiting! And if you think I could be of any assistance, I’d love to hear from you!

Somewhere along the way, a lot of us lost our connection to nature, ourselves, and each other.
This is causing an epidemic of physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental illness, as well as a separation from our surrounding environment.
Particularly through the transitional years of adolescence, our youth is seeking ways of initiation into adulthood, generally through engagement in risky behaviour, drugs, alcohol, and promiscuity.
It is with great passion that I facilitate nature connection camps for children from the age of 7, and their parents. These camps focus predominantly on nature play and communication strengthening.
Camps for young adults and their parents / mentors for the guided transition from child to adult mentality are also being created and will be announced in the new year.
